Quikit AI is a collection of on-device utility tools for images and documents (compression, format conversion, background removal, object erasing, PDF operations, Word-to-PDF). All file processing happens on your device; the app does not store or transmit your files.
You keep all rights to the files you process. Because processing happens locally, you are the only party handling your content. You agree to use the app only with content you own or are authorized to modify, and not to use it to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its components except as permitted by law.
The free version includes monthly usage limits and advertising, including optional rewarded videos. The optional Pro subscription removes limits and ads; it is billed and managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, renews automatically until cancelled, and may include a free trial. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
The tools are provided as practical utilities. Results may vary with the input. Always keep your originals; the app never deletes or modifies your source files.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redlap Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or files.
The app includes open-source components (each under its own license) and uses Google Play services for on-device ML features, advertising, and analytics, which are governed by Google's terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
